Christopher Armena, National Sales Manager, Mark VII Equipment – 905-464-0608

Chris is the National Sales Manager for Mark VII based in Grimsby, ON. He joined the company in 2016. Chris is a Mechanical Engineer and prior to Mark VII, has spent all 18 years of his career working in the petroleum industry for Total Oil and Chevron. 14 years of this was spent on the corporate side and four years on the entrepreneur side running his own Chevron Gasoline Station and Xpress Lube franchise. He is excited to be with the Carwash industry now and looking forward to help out the association and contribute to the industry for years to come.

Brad Baldwin, Zep Vehicle Care – 1-877-428-9937

Brad Baldwin is the Canadian Distributor Sales Manager for Zep Vehicle Care based in Calgary where he works the company's distributor network and Corporate accounts in Western Canada. After a stint in the Canadian Navy Brad started in the water treatment business in Saskatchewan selling, servicing and renting equipment both for residential and commercial applications. That initial business experience was where he first started working with carwash operators in assisting them with their businesses. In the early 90's Brad sold his operations to Water Conditioning Canada and managed that company's commercial projects until being recruited by Ecolab in 1992. Ecolab’s Vehicle Care Division was purchased by Zep Inc in Dec 2012 creating the industry’s largest chemical supplier under the new division Zep Vehicle Care.

Mike Dietrich, Parkland Fuel Corporation – 905-633-3417

Mike Dietrich has been in the carwash industry for more than 24 years. He first started working in his father’s carwash in Kitchener-Waterloo when he was 20 years old. He has since worked for Suncor in the carwash systems area and then move to Cango where he managed the convenience and carwash portfolio. Mike has been with Parkland Fuel Corporation (formally, Pioneer Energy) for eleven years managing the carwash side of the company’s business. He brings to the CCA Board both hands on knowledge of the industry and a corporate perspective as well.

Domenic DiMonte, Crosstown Car Washes – 416-531-0076

Domenic has been in the carwash business for more than thirty years. He is involved in a family business with his brother. His father has worked in the carwash industry for over sixty years, starting in the 1950s. He purchased his first carwash in 1978 and Domenic and his brother have been running it ever since. They initially started as a full service carwash, but have since expanded into the Express Exterior Car Washes as well as the Coin washes. Currently, Domenic owns and operates one full service wash, two express exteriors, one coin wash and a busy detailing center. Domenic has experience in operating and developing various types of car washes, knows most of the manufacturers and suppliers, as well as a breadth of knowledge in spotting developing trends in the industry.

Terry Fahey, Fahey Electric/Capital Wash Systems – 613-223-2958

Terry Fahey has been in the car wash industry for more than 28 years specializing in repairs, complete install of new equipment and preventative maintenance. He started his career with John Fader (AWS) in 1988 and worked for his company for 11 years, learning everything from how to remove old car washes to installing a new one including all electrical and control wiring.
In 1999, Terry opened up Fahey Electric / Capital Wash System providing full car wash and electrical service to both private and commercial customers such as Imperial Oil, Suncor, Pioneer, Parkland, Canadian Tire, Shell and others.
In December 2002, Fahey Electric / Capital Wash Systems became the authorized supplier of Mondo Products for the Ottawa and surrounding area and has worked closely with Mondo ever since.
In May 2005, Terry became a Master Electrician which enabled him to expand his company even further. Terry brings to the CCA Board 28 years of car wash and electrical experience both on the equipment side and chemical side..

Brad Goetz, Mondo Products Co Ltd – 519-624-9099

Brad has been involved with and committed to the carwash industry for many years. He has been employed in a sales and management capacity with Mondo Products for over 25 years. Brad is presently Vice-President of Vehicle Washing Equipment Sales & Service for Mondo Products Company Ltd.

Brad Boston, President of Mondo Products, described Goetz as “Much more than an employee of Mondo. Brad is an ambassador for our company and the whole carwash community with his honesty, work ethic and passion for the business. Brad’s positive attitude and good sense of humour makes him a mentor to all of us as we tackle the day-to-day challenges of our business and personal lives”.

Brad has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities since 1994 and was the Association President in 2001-2002.

Jason Kaye, Bayview Car Wash Ltd. – 416-483-1262

Jason Kaye attended Ryerson University and in 2008 he had the opportunity to join his father, Derek Kaye, in the operation of both Bayview Car Wash and Don Mills Car Wash; both operations located in the City of Toronto. Jason has been exposed to the carwash industry his entire life. He is now third generation as his grandfather started the businesses in 1960.

Jason’s expertise is in the full service carwash model. He has taken additional courses in the United States pertaining to management and operations of different carwash models.

Kevin Krystik, Sales and Marketing, Suncor Energy– 905-804-4606

Kevin has spent over 15 years in the Retail Petroleum business with both Shell Canada and Suncor Energy (Petro Canada) and currently resides in Southern Ontario.  During his career, Kevin has been responsible for the car wash portfolio for both organizations, and has been directly involved in the business since 2007.  Having managed two distinctly different nationwide networks of 200+ car wash locations, Kevin has developed an understanding of the variety of car wash offers available in our market, and has gained an appreciation of the unique regional challenges that car wash operators face across Canada.  With a sales and marketing background, Kevin hopes to bring the end car wash customer perspective to the board and members, and hopes to be able offer ideas to continue to positively promote and grow the car wash industry in this country.

Sean McBrid, as of August 30th, 2017, has moved to Mondo Products Ltd. Prior to being at Mondo Products, Sean had beenthe Tunnel Product Director for Belanger, Inc. Since 2005, he has also served in managing the car dealer, fleet, and rental markets, as well as national account business. Sean came to Belanger with over eight years of experience helping manage a high-volume tunnel in Michigan, where he gained a hands-on understanding of tunnel operations.

Mr. McCulloch has been in the carwash industry for approximately 10 years and has held positions in a variety of areas including service management, chemical carwash installation and Director of Sales for Mark VII in Canada. Most recently he joined the family at Transchem Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for their group of companies. Matt is passionate about building lasting relationships and learning about the ever changing landscape of the car wash industry.

Christal Narday, Valet Car Wash

Christal Narday may be new to the Canadian Carwash Association (CCA) Board of Directors, but she certainly is not new to the carwash industry. In fact, you could say she was grandfathered in to it, so to speak. Christal brings years of experience to the CCA National Board after seeing firsthand how professional carwashes operate by working with her father and grandfather. She started out as cashier at one of their sites and over the years held different roles, such as supervisor, assistant manager and site manager. She studied Business Administration at Humber College prior to working full-time in the carwash industry. While serving on the Board, Christal looks forward to learning new perspectives about the industry and offers her expertise in express detailing, which is her carwash’s speciality. Christal was appointed to the CCA Board of Directors on March 11, 2015 at the CCA Annual General Meeting in Toronto. "I love how in this industry every day is a new and different experience. I look forward to working with everyone on the CCA Board," said Narday.

Kirsten Potvin, Business Development and Mobile Solutions Specialist, Carwash Finder – 1-855-492-9938

Kirsten is a relatively new addition to the car wash industry – having been hired in late 2015 to join start-up company CarWash Finder: a mobile payment, marketing and loyalty solution for car washes where you can find, pay and activate a wash all from your phone. Kirsten’s previous expertise was in the commercial lending sector where she was heavily involved in financing car wash equipment for various sites across Canada.  A degree from Western University’s Ivey Business School provides Kirsten with a solid background in strategic business development.  Kirsten is very excited to join the CCA Board of Directors and is passionate about helping the organization fulfill its mission for the benefit of its members.

Chandra Saran, Canada Washworld – 604-507-0829

Chandra Saran joined the Mr. Lube organization in the late 80’s and was instrumental in building the brand in the British Columbia market. Part of the learning experience involved many forward looking Green initiatives along with regimented service system introduced by Imperial Oil, the franchise system owner. Its these two core principals Chandra believes guided him along the 18 years as he climbed the ranks and developed top notch managers who are now leading the franchise.

An opportunity presented itself at Canada Washworld for developing and expanding the Washworld and Lubeworld chain, where he took on those responsibility as Vice President. This new position entailed developing and building newer super centers in the Fraser Valley along with other exciting undertaking. During the economic downturn and unfavorable carwash weather in the years 2008-2010, ownership changed hands and he was asked to stay on to lead and provide assistance to the new owner. Chandra credits a terrific owner and the same team with increasing Washworlds numbers have to a new luster.

Rudy van Woerkom, Belvedere Technical Service Ltd.– 780-970-2148

Rudy's introduction to the carwash industry was in the mid 80's providing vehicle access control equipment in Calgary. He then went on to spend seven years servicing industrial laundry equipment. In 2000 he started Belvedere Technical Service to get back into access control. This led him into servicing carwash equipment. While Belvedere Technical Service Ltd. is a distributor for D&S carwash equipment as well as Airlift Doors they service all makes of equipment. After many years servicing and installing equipment Rudy acquired Big City Auto N Truck Wash. Operating this 12 bay with automatic carwash allows for two perspectives of the industry. By becoming a CCA director, Rudy hopes to but this "double edged" experience to help industry members see the benefits of the association.
